Cancellation policy
Our return policy applies for 14 days after receipt of the goods. If your purchase was more than 14 days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. Gift cards are completely non-returnable. Please contact us first at buchhaltung@schlegeltom.com. To complete your return, we will need your proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, please contact us at buchhaltung@schlegeltom.com. Refunds are only available for regular-priced items; sale items are excluded from refunds.
exchange
Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email to buchhaltung@schlegeltom.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the purchase price upon return of the item. You will receive the voucher via email as soon as we receive the returned item.
Shipment
To return your product, please send it to: Lessingstraße 63, Bonn, 53113, Germany.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
